2. Access Control Overview
Deerwood uses First Coast Security (FCS) for gate operations and patrol. All visitors must be verified; audio and video recording is active at both gates.
3. Visitor Access Requirements
All visitors must be pre-authorized in the EIQ Connect App or by phone. All guests must present a valid U.S. driver’s license, passport, or military ID. If a guest cannot be reached or is not pre-listed, the visitor will be turned around. There is zero tolerance for abusive behavior toward staff.
4. Automated Guest Entry (VoicePass)
Residents may authorize guests using the automated system: VoicePass Number: 866-651-5033 Call must be made from the registered Primary Number. Authorizes guests for same day or next day only.
5. RFID Access Tag Rules
Residents
Issued Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM at Baymeadows
Gate.$10 per tag (check payable to DIA).Vehicle registration required.
Resident Lane Use
Only cars with RFID tags may use the resident lane.
If the tag fails, identity is verified and entry is granted.
Household Employees
(housekeepers, nannies, caregivers)
Annual RFID fee: $30
Valid U.S. driver’s license required
Resident approval and application required
DCC Members
Tags issued only with authorization from DCC Management.
6. Delivery Services With 24/7 Access
